She has 5 Emmy nominations from the Midwest/Chicago Chapter of the National Association of Television Arts and Sciences, a National Telly Award for writing, a Cameo award for producing, and a Communicator award for on-camera hosting. Stephanie is also the researcher, writer, producer and host of the Discover Wisconsin Radio Series, which airs daily Monday through Friday on 50 affiliate stations throughout the Midwest. DW-Radio takes a look at the state's best restaurants, fun events, historic sites and museums, and the wild and wacky things to do and see.

Stephanie is the public relations manager for Discover Wisconsin and Discover Mediaworks, Inc., and is a weekly guest on the Fox-6 Wake-Up News Show in Milwaukee. (WITI.)

In 1992 Stephanie was selected as Miss Wisconsin. She was a finalist at the Miss America competition in Atlantic City, where she won a Bert Parks Talent Award as the first cornet player in pageant history.

Stephanie is founder and president of Spotlight on Wisconsin, Inc., a non-profit company dedicated to raising funds for the AIDS Resource Center of Wisconsin, Beloit Regional Hospice and the Boys & Girls Clubs.

Stephanie's international speaking program ATTITUDE ON AIDS has traveled around the world. Talking frankly with Middle School students and teens about HIV and AIDS, the program has been awarded two Governor's commendations, and has been featured on Good Morning America. She has taken the program to Cuba, Thailand, and Hong Kong, and has been a keynote speaker at the Hollywood Hope AIDS Service. Stephanie was inducted into the Beloit Memorial High School Hall of Fame in 2003, and featured in a 2007 issue of FourPoints Magazine.

Stephanie served nine years on the Board of Directors for Beloit Regional Hospice, and is an avid volunteer for the Beloit International Film Festival, Disabled Veterans of America, the Miss Beloit and Miss Wisconsin Organizations and Angel on My Shoulder. She is a member of the River of Life United Methodist Church in Beloit, and is 2008 stewardship campaign chair.

Stephanie is a graduate of Beloit College, where she majored in Philosophy, Communications and Theatre Arts. She extended her education at Moray House College in Edinburgh, Scotland. She is single, and blames it on her nine brothers. (Brother Fred is a professional comedian - though she thinks all of them are funny.) She credits her parents Fred and Joanne Klett, married for 54 years, for her love of people and Wisconsin's great outdoors.
