Black River Falls - Tomah: "Get Out and Play"

The Black River Falls and Tomah areas both offer an endless array of outdoor recreation and attractions for visitors throughout the year. As we get out and play, we’ll be scuba diving on Wazee Lake, playing at Lunda Community Park, and simply traveling the many trails throughout the Black River Falls area. As we head to Tomah, we’ll pack the golf clubs, bikes, and kayaks to explore even more outdoor adventures. We’ll also visit the Necedah National Wildlife Refuge to find out what it really means to be immersed in Mother Nature. It’s an outdoors enthusiast’s dream come true as we discover Black River Falls and Tomah.

Get ready for some backcountry adventure as we explore the Wisconsin wilderness with the thrilling sport of ATVing. We’ll begin our journey in the town of Rome. Home to Dyracuse Park, the Monroe Prairie Recreational Area, and miles of trails, Rome is truly an ATV-friendly destination. We’ll then make our way through the diverse landscape of Iron County as we attend one of the biggest ATV events of the year, the Pumpkin Run Rally. Next, we’ll see how the Wisconsin ATV Association is giving ATV enthusiasts easy access to trail maps, promoting the sport, and encouraging responsible ATV usage. Finally, we’ll travel to the Black River Falls area exploring the extensive Quad County Trail System and make a visit to the Bunkhouse Retreat for a little mud and adventure. With so many great opportunities and locations for your ATV adventure, it’s no wonder that each year more and more people make Wisconsin their ATV vacation destination.
