Meaning “Infused with Spirit,” the Aspira Spa in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin, gets its inspiration from the lake, whose shore it calls home. The waters of Elkhart Lake, formed in the shape of an elk’s heart, were considered sacred by the Native Americans who lived there. The lake bestows its powerful natural energy on all who encounter it. This Native American legend is alive and well today at the Aspira Spa, located just inside The Osthoff Resort. The Aspira Spa was purposefully designed to embrace the wisdom of feng shui and the elements of wood, fire, earth, metal and fire. Basking in the healing wisdom of indigenous peoples from around the world, the Aspira Spa creates a holistic, organic approach to the spa experience. Along with all of the traditional spa treatments and facilities, the Aspira Spa offers a peaceful meditation sanctuary where water flows gently and freely over a sculpted wall of natural stone into a hand-tooled copper vessel in the center of the circular room.
