Rice Lake, WI

Rice Lake itself is the signature spot for this city. A prime spot for fishing and boating and is just one of the many lakes that can be found in the rolling hills of the Rice Lake area. Downtown borders the lake and is full of specialty shops, restaurants and home decoration stores. Recreation is big in this area with at least four different trails available including the Ice Age Trail. In winter there’s snowmobiling, skiing and even a curling match at the Rice Lake Curling Club. You can help celebrate Rice Lake’s lumbering past at area museums or its love of the lakes with the big Aquafest event in June.
