Opportunity Wisconsin

Southern Wisconsin is alive and well. The resiliency of the people in the area is what keeps the region a thriving place to live, set up shop, visit and have fun. That determination is what got people through some heavy flooding in 2008. Discover Wisconsin is proud to “show off” the area as a place you should put on your must-see destination list.

Wisconsin’s outdoor water activities are endless. But the waters need to be protected to ensure future generations can enjoy the same past times. Southeast Wisconsin is a leader in protecting the state’s water resources, from the research that goes on in area universities, educational programs that are fun for the whole family to businesses working together to keep our water clean and usable.
